What?

Ashes to ashes, and dust to dust.

What?

You are the dust of the earth,

and to dust you shall return.

What?

God took some dirt from the ground

and formed a human being

and breathed in the breath of life.

What?

Dust and breath;

matter and spirit.

That’s who we are.

And how do we live?

Dust and breath?

Matter and spirit?

The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Northern California-Nevada is a covenantal community of 70+ congregations and congregations in formation and approximately 6000 participating members. We are joined together to make a witness for Jesus Christ in Northern California and Nevada. We stretch from Eureka and Redding in the north, to Pacific Grove in the southwest, to Porterville in the south, and to Reno/Sparks in the east.
